I will be reviewing our scope processing, and seeing if I can get the physicians to try standardizing pain management post surgically. I plan to create new educational materials related to my practice. Incorporating new trials and research as well as evidenced based practice into my treatment methods. Discuss vaping more with patients, including younger middle school aged patients I will be more active in the role of providing care as a provider.
