I am more aware of the global community, and I look forward to finding local peers and even starting a local chapter. I will be implementing new assessment techniques related to peds and general ENT in my new position. This conference helped guide me to realize areas that I need to focus on a little more in order to provide the best care and guidance to my staff as well as to the patients. I am now aware of my competency in performing scoping. update policies Will continue to incorporate some of info learned into my daily practice. New research I am newer to the head/neck world even though I have been a nurse 31 years, I am going to dive in more, I need more clinical knowledge. I would love to someday sit for certification with NCBOHN. Wonderful to network with other head and neck practitioners. n/a Better for scheduling. I am not sure online voting has benefitted many more members. I want to work with other clinics and coordinate care to help transgender patients feel empowered, not putupon. Also to work with other chapters to continue learning and sharing. The skype meetings have been wonderful! By continuing to keep me updated with the latest research and education remind of the need of specialty focused continuing education aromatherapy for anosmia, inspired to serve community, look at current airway cart and team and make improvements, share info about vaping encourage more alternatives to pain management Educate more on different disease states Confirming what I know and adding more information to my knowledge base. I loved the opening lecture from the daisy foundation leaders. A great way to open and start the program. educating patients/families on new research/standards of care, as well as, new resources available. topics were very interesting and very helpful in my practice area. I may investigate how to become involved with research after the research forum. Breathed new life into me! It reiterated that what I do in my practice is current with the latest EVP. Has motivated me to be a more active participant in making the practice better by finding things to improve on such as patient education and nurse education from me(APN) Increased knowledge and the desire to stay up to date on latest research. They are helping me grow in my learning and practice in ENT as soon work towards a CORLN. It introduced me to information that will benefit my patients and how I provide care for them.
