was diasappointed with this session as I thought according to title it would have presented how to triage a patient/client via telephone. although needed too much time was spent on policies
The information about telephone counseling across state lines was eye opening!!! Speaker needs to work on NOT saying "you know" after every sentence.
I felt 1 hour was a little short for the topic. Well presented but again short.
Cheryl was a lively and interactive speaker.
It would be helpful if slides were available online.
